Knife Gate Valve with Electric Actuator in MSS SP-61 of Rising Stem
PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
1. Description
Introduction:
Electric knife gate valves are available in various designs, one-piece body and two-piece bodies, rising stem and non-rising stem, uni-direction and bi-direction structures, resilient and metal seat rings, bonnetless and bolted bonnet designs. For optional designs, deflection cone could divert the flow of abrasive slurries and protect valve seat from abrasion, V port disc and through conduit design are used for throttling service, per customers’ requirements.
Features of Electric Actuated Knife Gate Valves:
a) Design & Manufacture: MSS SP-61, ASME 16.34
b) Face to Face: MSS SP-81, ASME B16.10, EN 558
c) Connection End: ASME B16.5, EN 1092, JIS B2220
d) Test : MSS SP-81
Sizes: 2″ – 48″ or DN 50 – DN 1200
Pressure Rating: Class150 or PN6 – PN16
Materials of valve body: GG25 / A126 B, GGG40 / A536 60-40-18, etc.
Operation: Electric actuator
