PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
Description
J41H / W American Standard Globe Valve is suitable for cutting off or connecting pipeline medium in various working conditions of petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, fertilizer and electric power industry with nominal pressure PN1.6-16MPa and working temperature-29-550 C. The driving mode is manual, gear drive, electric, pneumatic, etc.
Structural features
The design and manufacture of the product conform to the American national standard ANS1B16.34, the United States BS1873 and other advanced foreign standards.
The shape of the valve body is barrel shaped or streamlined. The shape of circulation is straight through. The fluid resistance is small.
Conical sealing is used for the sealing surface of the closing parts (gate flaps) and the valve seat, with small closing force, erosion resistance and reliable sealing.
The valve seat can be replaceable, and can be combined with sealing surface materials at will to meet the requirements of working conditions and extend the service life.
Large caliber and high pressure globe valves adopt lifting rod according to the need of closing force, and are equipped with rolling bearing type with impact handwheel to reduce closing force.
The main materials, interior materials, fillers and fasteners can be reasonably combined according to user requirements or actual working conditions.
